Grok web supports uploads up to ~150 MB per file. Attach every file in a skill folder — not just SKILL.md — or attach multiple files per message.

Download and unzip a topic pack
Select a pack. Each folder is a complete skill with evals/, references/, and other files.

Open Grok on web or mobile
Use grok.com or the Grok app. For recurring work, use a Workspace if your account keeps file context.

Attach all files from a skill folder
Click + and select every file from the skill folder — SKILL.md, evals/, references/, etc. You can attach multiple files in one message. Repeat per skill.

Name the skill in your prompt
Tell Grok explicitly which skill folder to follow — e.g. “Use the thread-writer skill files and turn this update into a post.”

Re-attach when starting fresh
New chats do not inherit files unless your Workspace keeps them. Re-upload or re-attach skills when you start a new thread.

Upload the full folder contents — evals/ and references/ are part of how the skill works.
Break large packs across multiple chats if attachment limits feel tight.
