Social Media Skills for Windsurf

Install skills once via the terminal; Windsurf’s Cascade agent can use them like any AgentSkills pack.

One-command install

This installs all 100+ skills into your agent’s skills directory via the open AgentSkills standard. You can also install one skill with `npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill reels-script`.

Before you start

  • Windsurf IDE open on your project.
  • Node.js for the installer.

    Open a terminal in your project

    Skills install into the current workspace. Open your project folder in the terminal (or the integrated terminal in your IDE).

    Run the install command

    Paste this once. It pulls the full social-media-skills collection from GitHub and places it where Windsurf looks for AgentSkills.

    $npx skills add social-media-skills/skills
  3. 3

    Confirm skills are available

    Skills install into the project skills path. Cascade should see them after install — start a new Cascade thread if needed.

  4. 4

    Try a social media task

    Ask Cascade to produce channel-ready work: captions, calendars, or short-form scripts.

Tips

  • Start with brand-profile and voice-builder style prompts so later skills match your tone.
  • Browse the source skills anytime at github.com/social-media-skills/skills.
